Shipping

Everything we make is handmade to order. Nothing is sitting on a shelf. When you place an order, your piece is formed, glazed, cured, and finished by hand, and then it is sent to you.

Ships in 3–4 weeks. That window covers making the piece and getting it on its way. If anything runs long, we will tell you before you have to ask.

Where we ship

We ship from the United States, to the United States only, for now. Other countries are on the list. The list is patient.

What it costs

• Free shipping on US orders over $150.
• Flat-rate shipping on US orders under $150, shown at checkout before you commit to anything.

After it ships

Once your order leaves us, you will get tracking by email. Ceramic travels well when it is packed properly, so it is packed properly. If a piece arrives damaged, photograph it and write to hello@candleistired.com and we will make it right without a performance.
