Refunds

A refund here is quick, friendly, and free of interrogation. If something is not right, we would rather fix it than win an argument about it.

Before it ships

Because every piece is made to order, there is a comfortable window where nothing has shipped yet. If you change your mind at any point before your order ships — anywhere inside that 3–4 week making window — write to us and we will cancel and refund you in full, no reason required. This is the easiest refund we offer, and the most common, and we hold no grudge.

After it arrives

If your piece arrives and it is damaged, flawed, or simply not what you hoped a tired candle would be, you have 30 days from delivery to tell us. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, your choice. For damage, a quick photo speeds things up; we are not collecting it for sport.

How to start

Email hello@candleistired.com with your order number and a sentence about what happened. A real person reads it and replies. Refunds return to your original payment method, usually within a few business days of being approved.
